All initial consultations are free and normally take an hour.


Personal Training.

  • Training sessions with Colin in our Little Stretton gym or at a venue of your choice.
  • Your own three week fitness programme
  •  Regular contact with Colin by email or Facebook
  • Sessions usually last for 75 minutes
  • £25 per session.


Running Coaching.

  • Individually tailored three weekly programmes to suit  your own personal challenge
  • Review meeting every three weeks
  • Regular contact with Colin by email or Facebook
  • £30 for a three week programme


One Off Coaching Sessions for Runners

  • Building basic speed
  • Uphill/downhill fell running technique
  • £15 per session


Other Services

  • Fitness testing; a gym based assessment to monitor your progress – £15 per 45 minute session
  • Gait analysis, strength and flexibility assessment -  £25 per 75 minute session
  • Exclusive use of gym for one to three people – £12 per hour
