Great to see the numbers increasing so much I have had to put an alternative clinic in Ludlow starting on Thursday 15th August.

“yesterday i did the park run and put into practice high hips and fast sprint legs (at the end )
and want to say they worked a treat
my times have been stuck at 23.50 for the 5 k
yesterday i got a new P.B OF 23.35  15secs quicker ( not a lot but with your training i can feel there is a lot more to come )
