New for the Spring. Get fit to walk the local hills of South Shropshire. Use the gym to improve your fitness and then once fitter come along on out guided walks on the hills. The walks will be graded to suit your fitness and gradually increase with your fitness.
This programme is specifically designed for those that live within the “Strettons” or near and would like to get fit enough to walk the hills and increase their fitness and health. The programme starts with a free initial consultation to assess your fitness and then will progress gently until you are able to use the hills for fitness and pleasure. the health benefits are enourmous and there will be individual guided walks and group walks ultimately allowing you to navigate and use the hills on your own.
