Colin is a UK Athletics fitness coach who has been coaching for over 20 years in Leeds and more recently, Shropshire. He has coached all abilities; from people just wanting to improve their fitness to national standard athletes.
He has set up his home gym so it can be used by those just starting upon a fitness programme or by those training to compete.
Colin believes in listening closely to his clients. He will help you to set your own personal fitness challenges and then work with you to create a programme based on activities that you enjoy. You will receive regular feedback and your training programme will be adapted to ensure that you progress towards your goal.
